Eligibility
To register and maintain an a45com account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Account Registration

Your a45com account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. a45com is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a45com username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password for your a45com account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. a45com supports OTP delivery to Philippine mobile numbers via SMS.
- Always log out of your a45com account when using a shared or public device.

a45com is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. However, if we determine that a security breach was caused by a fault on our end, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a45com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns, multi-accounting, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with a45com games or services without prior written consent.
- Money Laundering: Using the a45com Platform to launder funds or facilitate any financial crime. a45com complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your a45com account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward a45com staff or other players via any communication channel.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All a45com financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). a45com does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your a45com wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days, subject to KYC verification status.
- a45com does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside a45com's control.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- a45com reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
- Funds deposited into your a45com account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated.

a45com shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond a45com's reasonable control (force majeure).
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your a45com account credentials.
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the Platform.
- Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude a45com's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The a45com Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
Amendments to These Terms
a45com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of the a45com Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the a45com Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting a45com support with a written description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. a45com submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
